The project consists of one architecture and material wise interesting residential building containing a variety of flats. The first four floors are predominantly reserved for smaller flats with a well designed layout. Flats on the upper floors are more divided. The highest, eighth floor accommodates generously designed family flats with large terraces and unique views of the natural park Košíře-Motol and its surroundings. Each flat has its own enclosed balcony.
The building’s facade is designed in elegant grey tones. It is divided interestingly and partly rounded. Distinctive are the movable panels on the enclosed balconies enabling the residents to regulate the intensity of sunshine exposure. The optical integrity with the facade creates a never definitive complex which is in a constant movement. This makes the residents feel the building always changes, renews, and is full of life. The ground part of the building shall accommodate modern commercial premises having their main goal in enriching the lives of the new residents. In terms of offer, the project is ready to fulfil the requirements of both an investment living at a reasonable price and a family living for demanding clients.
